Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30th, 1941) was the son Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been wed with Richard Herbert Cheney for over 30 years. When he was 13 years old, Bruce accompanied his parents from Nebraska to Casper (in the US state of Wyoming) where his father was Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's soil conservation district.
