Gerina-Piller
Her birthplace was Roswell on the 29th of March 1985. Gerina Michelle Mendoza has been her name. Gerina Stevenson was born to Mexican grandparents Rita Stevenson and Alan Stevenson. Her heritage is Mexican American but has American nation by birth. At a very young age the desire for her to be involved in sports was evident. Gerina first started golfing at fifteen years old. Gerina was a student at Goddard High School. She was the winner of New Mexico's state golf championship. Also, she was an athlete in volleyball who played at the national level. She began attending in the University of Texas. In the final period of her career she won each tournament that she participated in. During her undergraduate career she was named Conference USA individual champion player of the year, and was named UTEP Female Athlete of the Year.
